一种适用于页岩油气井工厂化体积压裂的新型液体破胶剂 被引量:4

摘要 针对页岩油气井工厂化体积压裂过程中固体粉末破胶剂使用存在人工强度大、安全风险高、且易出现混配不均匀导致破胶效果差的问题,基于过硫酸盐氧化破胶机理,研制了一种新型液体破胶剂。通过室内实验分析了配方组成、存储方式、存储时间、pH值等因素对液体破胶剂性能的影响。结果表明:密闭保存环境下过硫酸钾液体破胶剂性能更稳定,同时,体积浓度为0.06%或0.05%、温度90℃、破胶时间4 h的条件下该液体破胶剂分别对冻胶压裂液体系和变黏滑溜水两种常用压裂液体系均能彻底破胶,破胶液黏度小于5 mPa·s,满足现场压裂液破胶技术要求。历时23 d,在大庆油田1口页岩油水平井43段体积压裂成功应用,放喷求产阶段返排液黏度均小于2 mPa·s,破胶性能好、破胶彻底,有效解决了固体粉末破胶剂使用过程中存在的难题,为工厂化体积压裂施工提供了技术支撑。 In response to the issues of high manual labor intensity and uneven addition leading to poor gel breaking effects of solid powder gel breaker in the industrial volume fracturing process of shale oil,this study developed a new type of liquid gel breaker based on the oxidative gel breaking mechanism,and investigated the influence of formula composition,storage mode,storage time,pH value and other factors on the performance of liquid gel breaker through laboratory experiments.The experimental results show that both the gel fracturing fluid system and the variable viscosity slickwater fracturing fluid system can be completely broken under the conditions of 0.06%/0.05%dosage,90℃,and 4 hours of breaking time,respectively.The viscosity of the breaking fluid is less than 5 mPa·s,which meets the requirements of fracturing fluid breaking technology.After 23 days of successful on-site application of a horizontal well in 43 sections,the production and flowback fluid was thoroughly broken.The viscosity of flowback fluid in the production stage is less than 2 mPa·s,further proving the high efficiency of liquid breaker breaking effect,effectively solving the problem of using solid powder breaker,and providing important technical support for industrialized volume fracturing construction,with important application prospects.
