摘要
现阶段,BIM作为工程勘察设计企业数字化转型中的典型数字化技术,己经成为促进企业转型升级的核心引擎。文章介绍BIM驱动的数字化转型概念及其数字化特征,从数字文化、技术能力、流程优化、资源整合、客户关系五个维度提出了基于BIM驱动的工程勘察设计企业数字化转型评价指标,并基于提出的评价指标进行了问卷设计和调查。为帮助工程勘察设计企业更好地评价其自身的数字化转型能力和效果提供一些参考借鉴。
At present,BIM,a typical digital technology in the digital transformation of engineering survey and design enterprises,has become the core engine to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.This paper introduces the concept of BIM-driven digital transformation and its digital characteristics,puts forward the evaluation indicators of BIM-driven digital transformation of engineering survey and design enterprises in digital culture,technical capability,process optimization,resource integration,and customer relationship,and conducts questionnaire design and survey based on the proposed evaluation indicators.The study aims to provide some reference for engineering surveys and design enterprises to better evaluate their own digital transformation capabilities and effects.
