摘要
为统筹“三江并流”区域生态、生产、生活空间,促进该区域高质量发展,以区域8县(市)为研究对象,通过构建系统耦合协同综合评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型评估区域整体和县域自然保护地—经济—社会系统协同发展水平。结果显示:2012—2021年,区域整体和8县(市)的系统耦合协调度总体呈上升趋势,但协调发展水平地域差距明显。整个区域系统耦合协调水平从轻度失调状态进入勉强协调状态,协同发展从低水平阶段进入了磨合阶段。香格里拉市进入较高水平阶段,玉龙县和兰坪县进入磨合阶段,泸水市、福贡县、贡山县、维西县和德钦县等5县(市)仍处于颉颃阶段。自然保护地体系综合评价指数显著高于经济、社会体系综合评价指数,但水平都很低。研究结果为下一步深入探索区域自然保护地—经济—社会系统协同发展路径奠定基础。
In order to promote high-quality development by coordinating the ecological,production and living space of Three Parallel Rivers Region,taking 8 counties(cities)in the region as research object,a comprehensive evaluation index system for system coupling and coordination has been constructed.The coupling coordination degree model has been used for estimating nature reserve-economy-society development level of the region and each county(city).The results show that,from 2012 to 2021,in the whole region and each 8 counties(cities),the degree of system coupling and coordination was on the rise,but there was a significant regional gap in the level of coordinated development.The coordinated development of the entire region has entered the run-in period from the low-level stage.Shangri-la city has entered a higher stage,while Yulong Naxi Autonomous County and Lanping Bai and Pumi Autonomous County are in the run-in period.Lushui City,Fugong County,Gongshan Derung and Nu Autonomous County,Weixi Lisu Autonomous County,and Diqin County are still in the antagonistic stage.The Comprehensive Evaluation Index of Natural Reserve System is significantly higher than that of economic and social system,but the level is very low.This paper lays a foundation for the next step to explore the path of coordinated development of regional nature reserve-economy-society system.
