几种新型杀虫剂对设施辣椒烟粉虱的田间防效

摘要 针对目前防治蔬菜烟粉虱的常用药剂效果下降,不能适应蔬菜绿色防控需求的现状,从近2年国内新登记的杀虫剂中筛选对蔬菜烟粉虱高效、安全药剂,为设施蔬菜烟粉虱的绿色防控提供科学依据。采用茎叶喷雾法研究了5种杀虫剂对设施辣椒烟粉虱的防效及其安全性。结果表明,药后3 d,5%D-柠檬烯可溶液剂125 mL/667m^(2)、5%双丙环虫酯可分散液剂10 mL/667m^(2)、17%氟吡呋喃酮可溶液剂40 mL/667m^(2)、10%溴氰虫酰胺可分散油悬浮剂10 mL/667m^(2)、5%啶虫脒乳油30 mL/667m^(2)对辣椒烟粉虱的校正防效分别为42.86%、86.67%、91.84%、81.43%、68.35%;药后7 d,校正防效分别为52.21%、90.55%、95.57%、86.95%、72.37%。5%双丙环虫酯、17%氟吡呋喃酮、10%溴氰虫酰胺对烟粉虱具有较好的速效性和持效性;5%D-柠檬烯速效性、持效性欠佳,药后7 d校正防效仅达50%以上;啶虫脒作为常规药剂,已被长期广泛使用,防效下降。在蔬菜生产过程中,5%双丙环虫酯可分散液剂、17%氟吡呋喃酮可溶液和10%溴氰虫酰胺可分散油悬浮剂可作为烟粉虱防治的优选药剂。 In view of the current situation that the control efficacy of common insecticides against Bemisia tabaci has declined and can not meet the demand for green prevention and control of vegetables,high-efficient and safe insecticides against B.tabaci were screened from the newly registered insecticides in China in recent two years,providing a scientific basis for the green prevention and control of B.tabaci on greenhouse vegetables.The control efficacy of five insecticides against B.tabaci on peppers and their safety were studied by using stem and leaves spraying method in the greenhouse.The results showed that the corrected control efficacy of D-limonene 5%SL at 125 mL/667m^(2),afidopyropen 5%DC at 10 mL/667m^(2),flupyradifurone 17%SL at 40 mL/667m^(2),cyantraniliprole 10%OD at 10 mL/667m^(2),and acetamiprid 5%EC at 30 mL/667m^(2)were 42.86%,86.67%,91.84%,81.43%,and68.35%on the 3rd day after treatment,respectively.The corrected control efficacy were 52.21%,90.55%,95.57%,86.95%,and72.37%on the 7th day after treatment,respectively.Afidopyropen 5%DC,flupyradifurone 17%SL and cyantraniliprole 10%OD have good quick-acting and sustained-effect against B.tabaci.D-limonene 5%SL has poor quick-acting and sustained-effect,and the corrected control efficacy only reaches over 50%on the 7th day after treatment.Acetamiprid,as a conventional insecticide,has been widely used for a long time and its control efficacy has decreased.In the process of vegetable production,afidopyropen 5%DC,flupyradifurone 17%SLand cyantraniliprole 10%OD can be used ideal candidates for controlling B.tabaci.
