摘要
目的 对南阳市非医疗放射工作单位核技术应用及放射防护现状进行调查,以了解放射防护及管理工作中存在的问题。方法 采用现场查验、问询、问卷调查和查阅相关资料等方法对用人单位辐射源使用及防护情况、放射工作人员职业健康管理情况、放射性危害因素检测情况等进行调查。结果 南阳市有45家非医疗放射工作单位,共有射线装置47台,其中Ⅱ类射线装置29台,Ⅲ类射线装置18台;共有放射源111枚,其中Ⅱ类12枚,Ⅲ类8枚,Ⅳ类40枚,Ⅴ类51枚。45家单位中,个人防护用品配备率55.6%(25家);个人剂量报警仪配备率60.0%(27家),辐射防护监测仪配备率46.7%(21家);放射性危害因素检测率68.9%(31家)。从事放射工作的139名人员中,放射防护参培率77.7%(108人),个人剂量监测率78.4%(109人),放射性职业健康检查率76.3%(106人)。结论 南阳市非医疗放射工作单位的放射防护管理情况总体好于全国平均水平,但与国家法律法规的相关要求仍有差距,需进一步加强放射防护管理工作。
Objective To investigate the current status of nuclear technology application and radiation protection among nonmedical radiation institutions in Nanyang for understanding the problems in radiation protection and management work.Methods The methods of on-site inspection,inquiry,questionnaire survey,and access to relevant data were used to investigate the use and protection of radiation sources in employers,the occupational health management of radiation workers,and the detection of radioactive hazards.Results There were 45 non-medical radiation institutions in Nanyang,having a total of 47 radiation devices,including 29 Class II radiation devices and 18 Class III radiation devices.There were a total of 111 radioactive sources,including 12 in Class II,8 in Class II,40 in Class IV,and 51 in Class V.Among the 45 institutions,55.6%(25)of them provided personal protective equipment.The equipment rate of personal dose alarm devices was 60.0%(27 institutions),and the equipment rate of radiation protection monitors was 46.7%(21 institutions);The detection rate of radioactive hazards was 68.9%(31 institutions).Among the 139 personnel engaged in radiation work,77.7%(108 people)received the radiation protection training,and the personal dose monitoring rate was 78.4%(109 people),and the radiation occupational health examination rate was 76.3%(106 people).Conclusions The overall status of radiation protection management in non-medical radiation institutions in Nanyang is better than the national average level,but there is still a gap with the relevant requirements of national laws and regulations.Further strengthening of radiation protection management is needed.
