摘要
扁线电机具有高槽满率、高功率密度、良好的NVH性能和散热性能等优点,但同时其趋肤效应和临近效应比较明显,从而增加了电机的电阻和损耗,而频率越高,扁铜线的交流铜耗也会越高。因此,在设计时需准确计算绕组的电阻和损耗。文章利用电磁场理论,解析计算了扁线电机定子绕组的交流损耗,同时通过有限元软件进行仿真计算,对比分析了两者的计算情况,结果表明解析计算与仿真吻合较好,满足一般应用需求。最后,对比分析了不同扁线宽度和高度对交流损耗的影响,为后续优化设计提供了技术支撑。
The flat wire motor has the advantages of high slot fill rate,high power density,good NVH performance and heat dissipation capacity but the skin effect and proximity effect of it are obvious,in which the resistance and loss of the motor is increased,furthermore,the higher the frequency,the higher the AC copper consumption of flat copper wire.Therefore,it is necessary to calculate the resistance and loss of the winding accurately during the design.In this article,the AC losses of the stator winding of the flat-wire winding motor are calculated analytically by using electromagnetic field theory while the simulative calculation is done by finite element software,and then,results of two kinds of calculation are compared,to show their better consistency,able to fit with the general application requirement.Finally,the effected AC losses by the different flat wire widths and heights are compared and analyzed,to provide the technical support for the subsequent optimized design.
