摘要
“双积分”政策和区块链等新技术对供应链减排水平提出了更高要求。本文以汽车供应链为研究对象,基于“双积分”政策背景,考虑制造商应用区块链技术,通过分析外购电池模式、外购+自研电池模式和外购+合作建立电池厂模式,分别构建汽车供应链成员的利润函数,运用逆向归纳法,得到不同模式下汽车供应链最优减排策略。结果表明:汽车供应链的减排水平与各成员利润均与消费者对新能源汽车偏好、采用区块链时市场需求增长率存在正相关关系。当油耗实际值大于达标值时,制造商选择外购+合作建立电池厂模式可获得更多利润,且减排水平最高,而供应商选择外购电池模式时利润最大。
The“double points”policy and new technologies such as blockchain put forward higher requirements for supply chain emission reduction levels.Based on the“double integral”policy background,this paper takes the automotive supply chain as the research object and considers the application of blockchain technology by manufacturers.By analyzing the outsourced battery model,the outsourced+self-developed battery model and the outsourced+cooperative battery factory model,the profit function of the members of the automotive supply chain is constructed respectively,and the optimal emission reduction strategy of the automo⁃tive supply chain under different models is obtained by backward induction method.The results show that the emission reduction le⁃vel of the automobile supply chain and the profits of each member are positively correlated with the consumer preference for new ener⁃gy vehicles and the market demand growth rate when the blockchain is adopted.When the actual fuel consumption value is greater than the standard value,the manufacturer can obtain more profits and achieve the highest emission reduction level by choosing the outsourcing+cooperation battery factory mode,while the supplier can achieve the largest profit when choosing the outsourcing bat⁃tery mode.
