摘要 腐蚀是影响油田管道完整性管理的关键因素,往往会引起管道穿孔和输送介质泄漏,进而带来严重的经济损失和安全事故。因此,管道材料腐蚀机理与腐蚀速率预测对于后续腐蚀防控方案的制定和效果尤为重要。文章旨在综述油田管道CO_(2)-H2S/SRB腐蚀机理及预测模型相关研究进展。首先研究了CO_(2)-H_(2)S、SRB、CO_(2)/H_(2)S/SRB条件下腐蚀机理,然后分别总结了不同腐蚀机理下的预测模型,最后对比了不同模型的建模方法、考虑因素以及各自适用条件,分析了腐蚀速率预测模型的实际应用现状和展望了未来发展趋势,以期为解决油田管道实际腐蚀失效问题及针对该领域进一步研究提供借鉴意义。 Corrosion is a key factor affecting the integrity management of oilfield pipelines.It often causes pipeline perforation and leakage of transported media,resulting in serious economic losses and safety accidents.Therefore,the corrosion mechanism and corrosion rate prediction of pipeline materials are particularly important for the formulation of subsequent corrosion prevention and control programs.This paper aims to review the research progress of CO_(2)-H_(2)S/SRB corrosion mechanism and prediction model of oilfield pipelines.Firstly,the corrosion mechanism under the conditions of CO_(2)-H_(2)S,SRB and CO_(2)/H_(2)S/SRB was analyzed.Then the prediction models under different corrosion mechanisms are summarized respectively.Finally,the modeling methods,considerations and applicable conditions of different models are compared,and the actual application status and future development trend of the corrosion rate prediction model are revealed.
