摘要
如今,钢结构工程因其构件制作简便、建造周期短、施工污染小等优点越发受到建筑业青睐,尤其在工业厂房建设中,多采用混凝土基础+钢柱、梁的框架结构形式,以适应大跨度结构要求。其中,混凝土基础和钢柱连接多通过地脚螺栓,将螺栓预埋至基础结构中与钢筋相连,之后浇筑混凝土固定。因此,地脚螺栓的定位准确性直接影响钢柱、钢梁的安装以及围护结构定位。基于此,本文主要介绍了钢结构厂房中关于地脚螺栓定位方法和流程,并优化相应施工措施,希望对钢结构施工技术的发展有促进作用。
Nowadays,steel structure engineering is increasingly favored by the construction industry due to its advantages such as simple component production,short construction period,and low construction pollution.Especially in industrial factory building construction,the frame structure form of concrete foundation+steel columns and beams is often used to meet the requirements of large-span structures.Among them,the connection between the concrete foundation and the steel column is mostly through anchor bolts,which are embedded in the foundation structure and connected to the steel bars,and then fixed by pouring concrete.Therefore,the accurate positioning of anchor bolts directly affects the installation of steel columns and beams,as well as the positioning of the retaining structure.Based on this,this article mainly introduces the positioning methods and processes of anchor bolts in steel structure factories,and optimizes corresponding construction measures,hoping to promote the development of steel structure construction technology.
