摘要
实践教学是师范类教学的重要组成部分,是影响师范人才培养质量的主要因素之一。体育师范生实践教学生态圈由生物和环境两类要素组成。东北师范大学体育学院按照“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的认证理念,整合内部、外部生态圈。通过教务委员会与学生工作组联动,从“理想信念坚定、理论基础深厚、运动技术规范、教学技能扎实”4个维度改革培养方案;通过课堂学习与教学比赛联动,打造“创造的教育”示范课堂和本硕一体化教学基本功大赛,促进学生自主学习;通过专业实践与志愿服务联动,培养“能教学、会训练、懂竞赛、善传承、能科研”的高层次精英人才。生态实践教学体系的构建,对促进实践教学发展,提高人才培养质量具有积极作用。
Practical teaching is an important part of teacher education,and it is one of the main factors affecting the quality of teacher training.The practical teaching ecosysphere of physical education normal university students consists of two types of elements:"biology"and"environment".School of Physical Education of Northeast Normal University integrates the internal and external ecosysphere according to the accreditation concept of"student center,output orientation and continuous improvement".The training program is reformed from the four dimensions of"strong ideals and beliefs,profound theoretical foundation,standardized sports techniques and solid teaching skills"through the linkage between the Academic Affairs Committee and the Student Working Group,the"Created Education"model classroom and the basic teaching skills competition for the integration of bachelor and master are built to promote students'independent learning through the linkage between classroom learning and teaching competitions,and high-level elite talents who"is able to teach,is able to train,understands competitions,is good at inheriting and can do scientific research"are cultivated through the linkage between professional practice and volunteer services.The construction of the ecological practical teaching system has a positive effect on promoting the development of practical teaching and improving the quality of talent training.
