摘要
PCF-SPR传感技术在近些年来发展势头迅猛,因为其优异的传感特性在许多的科学领域展现出了巨大的潜能。为了达到考察传感结构的参数对传感性能的影响,以提高传感器灵敏度的;采用了基于有限元法的COMSOL软件,对所设计的D型PCF-SPR传感结构进行仿真模拟,得出此传感结构在1.30~1.39的折射率检测范围内,最大波长灵敏度为26000 nm/RIU,平均波长灵敏度达到了8981.9 nm/RIU,平均折射率分辨率为1.11×10-5RIU,参数优化后最大波长灵敏度为27500 nm/RIU,证明此传感结构性能优良。
PCF-SPR sensing technology has developed rapidly in recent years because its excellent sensing properties have shown great potential in many scientific fields.In order to investigate the influence of the parameters of the sensing structure on the sensing performance,so as to improve the sensitivity of the sensor;The COMSOL software based on the finite element method was used to simulate the designed D-shape PCF-SPR sensing structure.It is concluded that the maximum wavelength sensitivity of this sensing structure is 26000 nm/RIU in the refractive index detection range of 1.30~1.39,the average wavelength sensitivity reaches 8981.9n m/RIU,the average refractive index resolution is 1.11×10-5RIU,and the maximum wavelength sensitivity after parameter optimization is 27500 nm/RIU,which proves that the sensing structure has excellent performance.
