摘要
城市污水处理厂运行期间会产生大量污泥,它是环保设施运营产生的固体废物,属于工业固体废物范畴。本文采用石墨消解仪对污泥进行前处理,然后采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定污泥中铜、锌、铬、镉、铅、镍、砷、汞等8种重金属的含量。试验结果表明,各元素的相对标准偏差均小于2.0%,有证标准物质的测定结果均在标准参考值范围内,各元素的相对误差均小于5%,加标回收率为90%~107%,符合相关标准要求。该方法自动化程度高,适用于大批量污泥中重金属含量的测定。
During the operation of urban sewage treatment plants,a large amount of sludge is generated,which is solid waste generated by the operation of environmental protection facilities and belongs to the category of industrial solid waste.In this paper,the graphite digestion instrument is used to pretreat the sludge,and then the content of eight heavy metals,such as copper,zinc,chromium,cadmium,lead,nickel,arsenic and mercury,in the sludge is determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The experimental results show that the relative standard deviation of each element is less than 2.0%,and the determination results of certified reference materials are within the range of standard reference values,and the relative error of each element is less than 5%,and the recovery rate of the added standard is between 90%~107%,which meets the requirements of relevant standards.This method has a high degree of automation and is suitable for the determination of heavy metal content in large batches of sludge.
