摘要
传统历史街区的保护更新随着社会环境和公众需求的不同需要不断调整,如何有效利用现代城市设计理论实现历史街区的动态再生是近年来城市更新探讨的重要问题。本文通过对青藤历史街区规划及设计手法的回顾,从现代意大利类型学、现代主义一体式规划,以及西方广场和街道理论的角度出发,分析传统历史街区的保护改造活动对于活化空间利用、提升空间品质、升级空间功能的一系列设计操作,并探讨现代城市设计理论的灵活运用对于指导历史街区动态更新升级的重要意义。
When the conservation and renewal of traditional historic districts need to be constantly adjusted due to changing social environments and public demands,how to effectively use modern urban design theories to achieve dynamic regeneration of historic districts has been an important urban renewal issue in recent years.Through the planning and design practices of historic districts in Qingteng Community,this paper analyses a series of operations of the conservation and renovation activities of the traditional historic districts from the perspectives of modern Italian architectural typology,modernist integrated planning,and western academic theories of squares and streets,discusses the flexible application of modern urban design theories in guiding the dynamic regeneration of historic districts,and sheds light on the application significance of modern urban design theories in the dynamic renewal and upgrading of historic districts.
