摘要
对高校涉化类实验室含银废液进行回收利用。通过不断优化反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速度和试剂浓度等实验条件,得出回收银的最佳条件为:含银废液加入3.0 mol·L^(-1)氨水和0.20 mol·L^(-1)抗坏血酸,调节反应温度为50℃,以120 r·min^(-1)的速度进行搅拌,反应时间25 min。银的回收率不低于90.00%。利用真彩打印设计出模型,将银渣放入石膏模具在980℃马弗炉中高温熔炼,制作出银制品。
The silver waste liquid in chemical laboratories in colleges was recycled.By continuously optimizing the experimental conditions such as reaction temperature,reaction time,stirring speed and reagent concentration,the best conditions for recovering silver were determined as follows:adding 3.0 mol·L^(-1) ammonia and 0.20 mol·L^(-1) ascorbic acid to the silver waste liquid,adjusting the reaction temperature to 50℃,stirring at the speed of 120 r·min^(-1),and the reaction time was 25 min.The recovery rate of silver was not less than 90.00%.The model was designed by using true color printing,and the silver slag was put into the gypsum mold and melted in 980℃muffle furnace to make silver products.
