摘要
由于生物硫醇的荧光探针能够更好地理解与生物硫醇种类有关的各种生理和病理过程,因此引起了人们越来越多的兴趣。氟硼二吡咯(BODIPY)荧光团显示出出色的光学性能,可以通过在BODIPY核心的各个位置引入各种功能单元来轻松定制这些荧光团。系统地总结了基于BODIPY的荧光探针用于生物硫醇检测的开发,重点是优先检测单个生物硫醇。
Because fluorescent probes of biological thiols can better understand various physiological and pathological processes related to biological thiols,they have attracted more and more interest.Fluoroboron dipyrrole(BODIPY)fluorophores show excellent optical properties.These fluorophores can be easily customized by introducing various functional units at various positions of BODIPY core.In this paper,the development of BODIPY based fluorescent probes for the detection of biological thiols was systematically summarized,with emphasis on the priority detection of individual biological thiols.
