摘要
普通教育与职业教育的关系在中等教育阶段,被一些学者称为教育中的“癌症”,至今没有一个国家能完美解决。我们目前的中等教育中普通教育与职业教育分流的结构,有点像欧洲早年的双轨制,但却没有像欧洲国家那样,在后来教育发展过程中使公平问题逐步有所改观。这主要表现在选拔和普通教育与职业教育分流过于刚性、普通教育与职业教育转换缺少便利性、过于激烈的教育竞争引发的社会焦虑日益凸显等方面。与此相关联的高等教育中的普通教育和职业教育关系也受到影响。在课程领域,僵硬的普通教育与职业教育关系以及企业和政府的参与度太低,都既严重影响职业教育发展,也影响普通教育发展。因此,在促进公平、使普通教育与职业教育关系弹性化、普通教育与职业教育双向渗透、企业和政府积极参与等方面,有很大的改革空间。
The relationship between general education and vocational education at the secondary level has been called a"cancer"in education by some scholars,and no country has been able to solve it perfectly.The current separation structure of general education and vocational education in secondary education is a bit like the dual-track system in Europe in the early years,but it has not been able to make a gradual improvement in the issue of equity in the process of education development as European countries did.This is mainly manifested in the overly rigid selection and diversion of general and vocational education,the lack of convenience in the transition between general and vocational education,and the increasing social anxiety caused by the too fierce competition in education.The associated relationship between general and vocational education in higher education is also affected.In the field of curriculum,the rigid relationship between general and vocational education and the low participation of enterprises and governments have seriously affected both vocational and general education development.Therefore,there is much room for reform in promoting equity,making the relationship between general and vocational education flexible,two-way penetration of general education and vocational education,and the active participation of enterprises and government.
