摘要
目的 探析联合疗法(利格列汀+二甲双胍)对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus, DM)患者餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose, 2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin, HbAlc)的影响。方法 选取2020年4月-2022年4月南平市顺昌县中医院就诊的120例DM患者,采用随机数表序列分为两组,各60例。对照组给予单纯二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予联合疗法利格列汀+二甲双胍治疗。对比两组血糖控制疗效、治疗前后血清25-羟维生素D3、HbA1c、2 hPG、胰岛β细胞功能指数、药物相关不良反应。结果 观察组血糖控制有效率(98.33%)明显高于对照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组25-(OH)D3、HOMA-β水平明显高于对照组,2 hPG、HbA1c水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DM患者应用联合疗法(利格列汀+二甲双胍)临床效果显著,可有效改善患者血糖及胰岛β细胞功能,提高25-(OH)D3水平,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of combination therapy(linagliptin+metformin)on 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods From April 2020 to April 2022,120 patients with DM were selected from Shunchang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanping City,and randomly divided into two groups,60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metformin alone,and the observation group was treated with faliglitatin+metformin.Compared the efficacy of blood glucose control between two groups,as well as the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3,HbA1c,2 hPG,and homeostasis model assessment-βand drug related adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of blood glucose control in the observation group(98.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment observation group 25-(OH)D3,HOMA-βlevels were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the levels of 2 hPG and HbA1c were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy(linagliptin+metformin)has a significant clinical effect in patients with diabetes mellitus.It can effectively improve blood glucose and isletβ-cell function,and increase 25-(OH)D3 levels,with high safety.
