摘要
以某小断面大曲率TBM隧道工程施工为例,针对该隧道转弯直径与隧道断面均较小导致的二次衬砌在狭小空间不容易施工的难题,衬砌台车改造采取的具体措施:为解决物料设备运输困难的问题,优化了门架结构设计来确保电瓶车通行内净空,给台车留出充裕的操作空间;为使台车能够有效应用到曲线段二衬施工,将单套台车进行了分节设计,应用彼此相对独立的分节小台车分别开展施工。实际工程应用效果表明,设计改造的台车装置施工质量控制效果良好且操作简便,有效地保证了严苛工期要求下的二次衬砌施工进度与质量,利于提高经济效益。
In response to the difficulty of secondary lining construction in narrow spaces caused by the small turning diameter and cross-section of the tunnel,taking the construction of a small section and large curvature TBM tunnel project as an example,the specific measures taken for the transformation of the lining trolley are as follows:to solve the problem of difficult transportation of materials and equipments,the gantry structure design has been optimized to ensure the clearance inside the electric vehicle,leaving ample operating space for the trolley;In order to effectively apply the trolley to the construction of the second lining of the curve section,a single set of trolley is designed in sections,and relatively independent small trolley sections are used for construction.The actual engineering application results show that the construction quality control effect of the designed and renovated trolley device is good and easy to operate,effectively ensuring the progress and quality of secondary lining construction under strict construction period requirements,which is conducive to improving economic benefits.
