摘要
针对电源适配器中整流二极管失效问题,设计了失效分析方案。通过外观检查、X-Ray透视检查、温升试验及电浪涌试验、开封检查、金相切片分析等技术手段,对失效产品进行全方位检查。结合理论分析,最终确定了失效机理,并对此失效现象做出解释,为类似产品的失效分析提供了参考。
In order to solve the failure problem of rectifier diode in power adapter,a failure analysis scheme is designed.Through appearance inspection,X-Ray perspective inspection,temperature rise test,surge test,decapsulation inspection,microsection metallographic section analysis and other technical means,comprehensive inspection of the failed products is carried out.Based on the theoretical analysis,the failure mechanism is finally determined and the failure phenomenon is explained,which provides areference for the failure analysis of similar products.
