摘要
近年来,关于催化裂化装置再生器旋分器结垢堵塞的问题屡有报道,同时也提出了一些解决措施,但对结垢原因和结垢机理的研究较少。根据某催化裂化装置第二再生器二级旋分器两次结垢的实际,通过对垢质进行组成分析,探究相关机理,阐述了装置因原料S含量长期超过0.3%,当装置进料钙含量持续大于1μg/g,平衡剂钙含量持续大于1000μg/g时,导致了装置二再二级旋分器结垢问题。同时根据调研情况得出:装置平衡剂Ca含量>1000μg/g,但原料硫含量较低(<0.2%),基本无结垢现象;装置平衡剂Ca含量如过高(>5000μg/g),即使原料硫含量低(<0.2%),也会容易出现结垢问题;原料硫含量较高(>0.3%)的装置,平衡剂Ca含量>1000μg/g时,易出现结垢问题。以上为催化装置防止旋分器发生CaSO4结垢问题,提供了硫含量和钙含量控制指标要求,具有参考意义。
In recent years,there have been frequent reports on the scaling and blockage in cyclone separators of FCC regenerators,and some solutions have been proposed.However,there has been little research on the causes and mechanisms of scaling.Based on the actual situation of two scaling failures of the secondary cyclone separator of the second regenerator in a FCC unit,the composition of the scale is analyzed and relevant mechanisms are explored.It is found that because the sulfur content of the feed is higher than 0.3%over a long period of time,when the calcium content of the feed continues to exceed 1 ppm and the calcium content of the balancing agent continues to exceed 1000ppm,scaling occurs in the secondary cyclone separator of the second regenerator.At the same time,it is found that if the calcium content of balancing a-gent in the unit is higher than 1000ppm but the sulfur content of feed is relatively low(0.2%),there is basically no scaling.If the calcium content of balancing agent is too high(5000ppm),even if the sulfur content of feed is low(0.2%),scaling easily occurs.FCC units with high sulfur content of feed(0.3%)are prone to scaling when the calcium content of balancing agent exceeds 1000ppm.These provide control indica-tor requirements for sulfur and calcium contents to protect the cyclone separator against CaSO4scaling and have good reference significance.
