博华BHP-L11A红外偏振光治疗仪在剖宫产术后切口感染产妇中的应用及对伤口恢复情况的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析博华BHP-L11A红外偏振光治疗仪在剖宫产术后切口感染产妇中的应用效果及对伤口恢复情况的影响。方法:将医院收治的剖宫产术后切口感染产妇52例作为研究对象,根据电脑随机分组法将产妇分为接受常规感染治疗的对照组(n=26)与常规感染治疗+博华BHP-L11A红外偏振光治疗仪的观察组(n=26)。结果:观察组产妇切口恢复有效率明显高于对照组产妇,P<0.05。治疗前两组产妇宫颈局部血管清晰度、微循环情况与炎性反应指标均无显著差异,P>0.05;观察组产妇治疗后上述相关指标显著差别于对照组产妇,P<0.05。结论:在为剖宫产后切口感染产妇实施治疗的过程中博华BHP-L11A红外偏振光治疗仪获得了较为理想的应用效果,伤口恢复情况较好,宫颈局部血管清晰度、微循环情况与炎性反应指标均得到显著改善。 Objective:To analyze the effect BHP-L11A infrared polarized light therapy instrument on the wound recovery of the patients with incision infection after cesarean section.Methods:52 cases of wound infection after cesarean section in hospital were selected as experimental subjects,the parturients were randomly divided into control group(n=26)and experimental group(n=26),which received conventional infection therapy and BHP-L11A infrared polarized light therapy instrument.Results:The effective rate of incision recovery in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the clarity of cervical vessels,microcirculation and inflammatory reaction,P>0.05.After treatment,the above related indexes in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The BHP-L11A infrared polarized light therapeutic instrument is an ideal instrument for the treatment of incision infection after cesarean section,the local vascular clarity,microcirculation and inflammatory reaction were improved significantly.
