安全双重预防机制在接触网外观状态检查中的应用

摘要 针对近年来铁路供电设备故障情况,分析接触网故障主要原因为外部环境及接触网状态异常,运用安全双重预防机制进行铁路供电安全分析,提出20项重点检查项目,并在普速接触网检测车上进行了监督抽查实践,应用图像智能识别技术提高了分析效率,通过加强缺陷复核闭环销号督促整改,起到了双重预防的作用。 with regard to the failures of railway power supply equipment in recent years,the main causes of OCS faults are of abnormal status of external environment and OCS on the basis of analyzing.Through analysis of railway power supply safety by means of safety double prevention system,20 key inspection items are put forward,with monitoring and sampling inspection exercises conducted on the general speed railway catenary inspection car.The analyzing efficiency improved by application of intelligent technology of image identification and the strengthening of promotion and modification of rechecking,closing-loop and cancellation of defects play a double prevention function.
