摘要
耙吸式挖泥船在作业过程中存在自由航行及挖泥作业两个基本的典型工况,而其螺旋桨通常按照自由航行工况设计,导致在挖泥作业工况下螺旋桨推进效率低下,针对此问题,文章提出将双速比齿轮箱应用于耙吸式挖泥船上的方案,并结合长鲸9轮论证该方案的可行性,同时对其实际作业工况及螺旋桨特性进行详尽分析,确定出不同工况下的螺旋桨转速。实船验证表明:双速比齿轮箱的应用可以使挖泥船螺旋桨在不同工况下获得所需转速,有效降低了主机功率损失,提高了船舶推进效率,为船舶带来良好的环保及经济效益。
A solution to the problem of low propeller efficiency in dredgers during the dredging process,which is caused by the fact that the propeller is usually designed for free navigation conditions rather than dredging conditions,was proposed in this paper.Specifically,a two-speed ratio gearbox was applied to the bucket-wheel dredger,and the feasibility of this solution was demonstrated using the“Changjing 9”as a case study.In addition,a detailed analysis of the actual operating conditions and propeller characteristics was conducted to determine the propeller speed under different conditions.The results of the shipboard verification show that the application of the two-speed ratio gearbox can provide the required propeller speed under different conditions,and the power loss of the main engine is effectively reduced.Since the propulsion efficiency of the ship is improved,economic and environmentally friendly benefits are brought to the ship.
