聚阳离子/磁性壳聚糖负载纳米银的抗菌性能

摘要 以磁性壳聚糖(Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS)为载体,通过构建氨基-Ce(IV)盐氧化-还原引发体系,实现丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)在其上的接枝聚合,制得复合材料Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC,并以Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC为新型载体,通过液相还原法在其上均匀负载纳米银,制备了新型三元复合抗菌材料Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC/Ag。以大肠杆菌为模拟体系,测试了复合抗菌材料的抗菌性能。结果表明,所制备的抗菌材料的抗菌能力由强到弱依次为:Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC/Ag>Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/Ag>Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC>Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS。由于载体Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC中PDAC和CS本身的抗菌活性及二者对Ag纳米粒抗菌活性的协同促进作用,三元复合抗菌材料Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC/Ag表现出强的抗菌能力。通过对复合材料制备过程中PDAC的接枝量以及Ag前驱体的投料量进行优化,得出PDAC的接枝量(质量分数)为4.0%、Ag前驱体的投料量为0.17 g时,Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC/Ag能够使大肠杆菌菌液的细菌存活率降低至8.74%。 Using the magnetic chitosan(Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS)as the carrier,acryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DAC)was graft-polymerized onto it under initiation of amino group/Ce(IV)salt oxidation-reduction initiation system,obtaining the composite Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC.Using Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC as a new carrier,the Ag nanoparticles were uniformly loaded onto it by liquid phase reduction method,so as to get the anti-bacterial composite material Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC/Ag.The antibacterial property of the composite antibacterial was explored using Escherichia coli as a simulation object.The experimental results indicate that the antibacterial ability of the prepared materials is in the following order:Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC/Ag>Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/Ag>Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC>Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS.Due to the antibacterial activities of PDAC and CS themselves in the carrier Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC and the synergistic promotion of antibacterial activity of Ag nanoparticles by them,the final ternary composite antibacterial material Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC/Ag showed the strong antibacterial ability.By optimizing the grafting amount of PDAC and the dosage of Ag precursor during the preparation of composite materials,it is concluded that when the grafting amount of PDAC is 4.0%and the dosage of Ag precursor is 0.17 g,the as-prepared Fe_(3)O_(4)@CS/PDAC/Ag can reduce the bacterial survival rate of E.coli solution to 8.74%.
