无稀释剂紫外光引发自交联丙烯酸酯压敏胶的研制 被引量:2

摘要 为了克服紫外光固化丙烯酸酯压敏胶气味大和氧阻聚的不足,本文以单体丙烯酸正丁酯(n-BA)、丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)和功能单体丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HE-MA)为原料,采用十二烷基硫醇(DDM)为链转移剂,以过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂进行自由基聚合,合成含环氧基团的丙烯酸酯预聚物。然后添加阳离子型紫外光引发剂6976,经涂布及紫外光光照引发得到自交联型环氧丙烯酸酯压敏胶。实验过程中分别测试了DDM、GMA和光引发剂用量等因素对压敏胶性能的影响。结果表明,DDM用量为0.26%,GMA用量为12.5%,光引发剂6976用量为2%时,所制的压敏胶综合性能最为理想。压敏胶的初粘力达到11.1N/25mm,剥离力达到14.6N/25mm,剪切强度达到9.2N/12×12mm^(2),在80℃下处理4h具有良好的耐热性,剥离时不掉胶。制备的压敏胶在低于50℃时易涂布,不含活性稀释剂,无刺激性气味,无氧阻聚,在工业上具有较好的应用前景。 In order to overcome the disadvantages of UV-curable acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesives with high odor and oxygen inhibition polymerization,the monomers butyl acrylate(n-BA),2-ethylhexyl acrylate(2-EHA),glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)and functional monomers acrylic acid(AA)and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)were used as raw materials.Dodecyl mercaptan(DDM)was used as the chain transfer agent and dibenzoyl peroxide(BPO)was used as the initiator for free radical polymerization to synthesize acrylate prepolymers containing epoxy groups.Then the cationic UV initiator 6976 was added to obtain self-crosslinked epoxy acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive by coating and UV light initiation.The effects of DDM,GMA and photoinitiator dosage on the performance of pressuresensitive adhesives were investigated during the experiments.The results showed that the pressure sensitive adhesive with the dosage of 12.5%of GMA,0.26%of DDM and 2%of photoinitiator 6976 had the best performance.The initial adhesion of pressure-sensitive adhesive reached 11.1 N/25 mm,peeling force reached 14.6 N/25 mm,shear strength reached 9.2 N/12×12 mm^(2),good heat resistance at 80℃ for 4 h,and no adhesive loss after peeling.The prepared pressure-sensitive adhesive is easy to be coated at 50℃,without active diluent,no irritating odor,no oxygen barrier,and so on,which has great application prospects in industry.
