摘要
空气污染是全球性重大公共卫生问题,空气污染物尤其是大气细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))与各种疾病的患病风险增加相关。近年来,研究证实PM_(2.5)暴露与慢性肾脏病、继发性肾病、终末期肾病等密切相关。本文总结了PM_(2.5)及其不同组分对肾脏疾病的影响,从炎症损伤与氧化应激、肾脏血流动力学改变、DNA损伤与甲基化等方面对PM_(2.5)暴露肾损伤的机制进行了梳理,以期为进一步的机制研究及后续空气污染对肾脏损伤的防治提供思路。
Air pollution is a serious global public health problem.Air pollutants,especially fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)),are associated with increased risks of various diseases.In recent years,studies have confirmed that PM_(2.5) is closely related to chronic kidney disease,secondary kidney disease,and end-stage renal disease.This review summarized the effects of PM_(2.5) and its components on kidney diseases,and the potential mechanism of kidney injury induced by PM_(2.5) exposure from the aspects of inflammatory injury and oxidative stress,renal hemodynamic changes,and DNA damage and methylation,aiming to provide an insight for further mechanism research and the prevention and control of air pollution-induced kidney damage.
