摘要
为了研究爆炸冲击作用下预应力混凝土多室箱梁的破坏机理和抗爆性能,针对不同炸药当量和爆炸位置下节段箱梁的动力响应进行了有限元计算分析。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立混凝土和钢筋三维分离式实体模型;采用LOAD_BLAST_ENHANCED(LBE)方法模拟爆炸荷载,并结合文献试验数据对数值模拟方法的可靠性进行验证。得到了不同装药量、爆炸位置工况下预应力混凝土箱梁的动力响应和破坏特征。结果表明,100 kg、500 kg药量爆炸作用下,爆心正下方的钢筋发生屈服、顶板混凝土形成圆形破口。1000 kg药量爆炸作用下,由于箱梁两端为固支,腹板、横隔梁及底板混凝土产生了轻微的剥落。相同爆炸位置工况下,随着装药量的增大,混凝土圆形破口面积增大。相同药量工况下,主梁中心线处由于无腹板支撑,其混凝土破口面积大于箱室处。研究结果可为预应力混凝土多室箱梁的抗爆防护加固提供重要参考。
In order to study the failure mechanism and anti-explosion performance of prestressed concrete box girder with multi-chamber under explosion shock wave,the dynamic responses of segmental box girder under different explosion positions and charges are numerically studied.Firstly,the three-dimensional separated solid models of concrete and reinforcement are established using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.Secondly,the LOAD_BLAST_ENHANCED(LBE)method is used to simulate the explosion load,and the reliability of the numerical simulation method is verified by combining the test data in literature.Finally,the dynamic responses and failure characteristics of prestressed concrete box girder under different charges and explosion positions are obtained.The results show that under the explosive actions of 100 kg and 500 kg,the reinforcement directly below the explosion center yields,and the concrete of top plate forms a circular break hole.Under the explosive action of 1000 kg,due to the fixed supports at both ends of the segmental box girder,the concrete of web,diaphragm and bottom plate slightly peel off.Under the condition of the same explosion position,with the increase of the charge,the circular break area of concrete increases.Under the same charge condition,the concrete break area at girder centerline is larger than that at the box chamber because of no web support.The research results can provide an important reference for the anti-explosion protection and reinforcement of prestressed concrete box girder with multi-chamber.
