摘要
某钢厂为了提升其中厚板连铸机的铸坯质量,在原有铸机设计的基础上进行了自主升级改造。通过对扇形段0段上部增加定位轴、下部增加定位槽,1段上部增加定位块,改变0、1段对中方式;将9~12段轻压下方式改为辊缝和压力双控制模式;中间包液位高度从850 mm提升到1200 mm,底部宽度从1190 mm提升到1290 mm,底部长度从3761 mm提升到3956 mm,侧壁倾角调整为15℃,采用“稳流器+挡坝+挡墙”的内部结构控流方式;将二冷区的冷水管路由18路增加到32路,铸坯角部横裂纹发生率由8%降低到0.3%以下,铸坯内部中间裂纹基本消失,对应生产的钢板其探伤合格率从94.6%提高到99.7%,B类夹杂物2.0及以下比例由94.3%提高到98.5%,针对性地解决了铸坯角横裂纹、中间裂纹发生率较高的问题,提高了钢板的探伤合格率和夹杂物合格率。
In order to improve the billet quality of the thick plate continuous casting machine,a steel mill carried out independent upgrading on the basis of the original casting machine design.By adding the positioning axis and the positioning groove in the upper part of the 0th segment of the sector segment,and the positioning block in the upper part of the 1st segment,the alignment mode of the 0 and 1 segments is changed;change the 9~12-stage light pressure mode to the roller gap and pressure dual control mode;the liquid level height of the tundish was increased from 850 mm to 1200 mm,the bottom width was increased from 1190 mm to 1290 mm,the bottom length was increased from 3761 mm to 3956 mm,the sidewall inclination angle was adjusted to 15℃,and the internal structure flow control mode of"stabilizer+dam+retaining wall"was adopted.The cold water pipe route in the second cold area was increased from 18 to 32,the incidence of transverse cracks in the corner of the casting billet was reduced from 8%to less than 0.3%,the intermediate cracks inside the casting billet basically disappeared,and the flaw detection qualification rate of the corresponding steel plate was increased from 94.6%to 99.7%,and the proportion of Class B inclusions 2.0 and below was increased from 94.3%to 98.5%,which solved the problem of high incidence of transverse cracks and intermediate cracks in the corner of the casting billet,and improved the flaw detection qualification rate and inclusion qualification rate of steel plates.
