摘要
为了适应世界环境的转变,中国已经明确提出了“双碳”发展战略,即在2030年前实现碳达峰,2060年前实现碳中和。钢铁行业是中国工业生产领域中的耗能大户,高能耗性使钢铁企业成为最具节能减排潜力的行业之一,其中电耗占有较重比例,而电气节能是实现“双碳”目标的重要途径。依据钢铁行业的实际情况,探讨在双碳背景下钢铁行业电气节能措施,包括电气设备节能、二次能源发电、清洁能源和节能管理等几个方面,在钢铁企业积极推广和使用节能技术,进行节能项目建设,能助力企业降低能耗来减少碳排放,加快实现“碳达峰、碳中和”的步伐,保护全球生态安全。
In order to adapt to the changing world environment,China has clearly proposed a"dual carbon"development strategy,which aims to achieve carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by around 2060.The steel industry is a major energy consumer in China's industrial production field,and high energy consumption has made steel enterprises one of the industries with the greatest potential for energy conservation and emission reduction,with electricity consumption accounting for a significant proportion,while electrical energy conservation is an important approach to achieve"dual carbon".Based on the actual situation of the steel industry,this study explores electrical energy-saving measures in the context of dual carbon,including electrical equipment energy-saving,secondary energy generation,clean energy,and energy-saving management.Actively promoting and using energy-saving technologies in steel enterprises,carrying out energy-saving project construction,can help enterprises reduce energy consumption,reduce carbon emissions,and accelerate the achievement of"carbon peaking,carbon neutrality"step by step to protect global ecological security.
