齿轮钢的工业冶炼试验研究

摘要 为解决齿轮在实际应用中出现点蚀、断裂、剥落等失效现象影响传动效率和安全性的问题,在对喷丸工艺基础进行理论研究的条件下,构建数值模拟仿真模型,重点针对弹丸直径和弹丸速度对齿轮钢质量的影响进行分析,得出了最佳工艺条件;在数值模拟仿真的基础上,对齿轮钢冶炼中的喷丸工艺进行研究,得出了喷丸工艺可改善齿轮钢性能的结论。 In order to solve the problem of pitting corrosion,fracture,peeling and other failure phenomena affecting transmission efficiency and safety in practical applications of gears,a numerical simulation model was constructed based on theoretical research on the basis of shot peening technology.The focus was on analyzing the impact of shot diameter and speed on the quality of gear steel,and the optimal process conditions were obtained.On the basis of numerical simulation,the shot peening process in gear steel smelting was studied,and the conclusion was drawn that the shot peening process can improve the performance of gear steel.
