煤矿探放水封孔工艺优化改进

摘要 煤矿井下探放水施工过程中,受地质条件、封孔工艺以及封孔技术水平限制,钻孔封孔工艺落后、封孔质量差,导致在探放水施工过程中频繁出现孔口管窜动现象,严重制约着煤矿探放水施工安全。针对此问题,以同忻矿8201辅运顺槽探放水钻孔为研究对象,通过技术研究,对传统封孔工艺主要存在的问题进行分析,并根据实际情况对封孔工艺进行优化,采用了一套新型封孔装置。通过实际应用效果来看,封孔工艺优化后,大大提高了封孔质量,取得了显著应用成效。 During the construction process of underground water exploration and drainage in coal mines,due to geological conditions,sealing technology,and the level of sealing technology,the drilling and sealing technology is outdated and the sealing quality is poor,resulting in frequent occurrence of pipe movement at the hole mouth during the construction process of water exploration and drainage,which seriously restricts the safety of coal mine water exploration and drainage construction.In response to this issue,the research object is the 8201 auxiliary transport channel exploration and drainage drilling in Tongxin Mine.Through technical research,the main problems of traditional sealing technology are analyzed.Based on the actual situation,the sealing technology is optimized and a new type of sealing device is adopted.Through practical application results,it can be seen that the optimized sealing process has greatly improved the sealing quality and achieved significant application results.
