磁共振成像技术在产前胎儿脑发育畸形中的应用价值分析

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振成像技术在产前胎儿脑发育畸形中的应用价值。方法:选择2020年5月~2022年5月本院收治的68例产前胎儿脑发育畸形孕妇作为研究对象,均采用四维超声检查和磁共振成像技术检查,对照组采取四维超声检查,观察组采用磁共振成像技术,观察两种方式的诊断准确率、对产前胎儿不同类型脑发育畸形检出率、诊断效能和诊断满意度。结果:观察组诊断准确率为82.35%高于对照组诊断准确率66.18%,两组比较存在差异(P<0.05);观察组对产前胎儿不同类型脑发育畸形的检出率为82.35%,高于对照组对产前胎儿不同类型脑发育畸形的检出率66.18%,两组比较存在差异(P<0.05);观察组诊断灵敏度79.48%高于对照组灵敏度73.26%,观察组特异度91.56%高于对照组特异度82.12%;观察组诊断满意度89.71%,高于对照组诊断满意度70.59%(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振成像技术对产前胎儿脑发育畸形的诊断准确率、检出率、诊断效能和满意度更高。 Objective:To investigate the application value of magnetic resonance imaging in prenatal fetal brain malformation.Methods:68 pregnant women with prenatal fetal brain development malformation admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,all of which were examined by four-dimensional ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging technology.The control group was examined by four-dimensional ultrasound,and the observation group by magnetic resonance imaging technology.The diagnostic accuracy of the two methods,the detection rate of different types of fetal brain development malformations,diagnostic efficacy and diagnostic satisfaction were observed.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 82.35%higher than that of the control group 66.18%,and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The detection rate of different types of fetal brain abnormalities in the observation group was 82.35%,which was higher than that in the control group(66.18%),and there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity of observation group was 79.48%higher than that of control group 73.26%,and the specificity of observation group was 91.56%higher than that of control group 82.12%.The satisfaction of diagnosis in observation group was 89.71%,which was higher than that in control group(70.59%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic resonance imaging technology has higher diagnostic accuracy,detection rate,diagnostic efficiency and satisfaction for prenatal fetal brain developmental malformations.
