摘要
目的:探讨肾盏憩室结石采用实时B超辅助输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术的效果。方法:选取2020年10月~2021年9月本院收治的肾盏憩室结石患者50例,根据随机摸球法分成观察组(n=25)与对照组(n=25),对照组采用微创经皮肾镜术治疗,观察组采用实时B超辅助输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗,对两组临床疗效、生活质量水平、并发症发生率进行比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(96.00%)较对照组(72.00%)明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组生理职能、精神健康、情感职能评分明显提高(P<0.05),观察组较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(8.00%)较对照组(32.00%)明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:实时B超辅助输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术应用到肾盏憩室结石患者治疗中,可提高临床疗效及生活质量,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of real-time B-ultrasound assisted soft ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for renal diverticular stones.Methods:A total of 50 patients with renal diverticular stones admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=25)and control group(n=25)according to random ball-touch method.The control group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,and the observation group was treated with real-time B-ultrasound assisted soft ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotriptomy.The clinical efficacy,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,mental health and emotional function in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(8.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(32.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Real-time B-ultrasound assisted soft ureteroscopic Holmium laser lithotripsy can improve the effective and quality of life and reduce the rate of incidence of complications in the treatment of renal diverticular stones.
