摘要
目的:探讨在消毒供应中心针对医疗器械消毒灭菌处理中,采取规范化质量管理对器械合格率及满意度的影响。方法:选取2020年1月~12月时间段为对照组,2021年1月~12月时间段为观察组,对照组选择期间接收的4211件器械,观察组选择期间接收的4188件器械。对照组采取常规的器械管理,观察组采取规范化质量管理,对比两组器械合格率、满意度及管理质量。结果:观察组在器械回收、器械清洗、器械包装、器械消毒灭菌的合格率明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作人员及医护满意度为96.00%,对照组满意度为82.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在管理质量各个方面得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将规范化质量管理应用到消毒供应中心的医疗器械消毒灭菌管理中,可以明显提高器械处理合格率,提高满意度及管理质量。
Objective:Exploring the impact of standardized quality management on the qualification rate and satisfaction of medical devices in disinfection and sterilization treatment at disinfection supply centers.Methods:Select the period from January to December 2020 as the control group,and the period from January to December 2021 as the observation group.The control group selects 4211 devices received during the period,while the observation group selects 4188 devices received during the period.The control group adopted routine device management,while the observation group adopted standardized quality management.The qualification rate,satisfaction,and management quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The qualification rate of device recycling,device cleaning,device packaging,and device disinfection and sterilization in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of staff and medical staff in the observation group was 96.00%,while the satisfaction rate in the control group was 82.00%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The observation group scored higher than the control group in all aspects of management quality,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying standardized quality management to the disinfection and sterilization management of medical devices in disinfection supply centers can significantly improve the qualification rate of device processing,improve satisfaction and management quality.
