摘要
以游仙山煤矿15212工作面回风顺槽松软破碎围岩加固方案为工程背景,采用数值模拟和工程实践的方法对回风顺槽注浆加固及巷道支护方式进行研究,确定注浆压力为4~6 MPa时浆液扩散半径达到工程应用的程度,且注浆液扩散半径对注浆压力的变化并不明显,并设计了锚杆锚索及W形钢带进行联合支护。巷道变形量监测结果表明,在工作面及超前压力影响范围内巷道变形量最大,两帮最大变形量为246 mm,顶底板最大变形量为700 mm,顺槽累计变形量较小,达到加固巷道、减小变形的目的。
Taking the reinforcement scheme for the soft and broken surrounding rock of the return air channel in the 15212 working face of Youxianshan Coal Mine as the engineering background,numerical simulation and engineering practice methods are used to study the grouting reinforcement and roadway support methods of the return air channel.It is determined that the slurry diffusion radius reached the level of engineering application when the grouting pressure is 4-6 MPa,and the change in the grouting pressure was not significant due to the grouting diffusion radius,and designed anchor rods,anchor cables,and W-shaped steel strips for combined support.The monitoring results of tunnel deformation indicate that,the deformation amount of the roadway at the working face reaches its maximum,with a maximum deformation amount of 246 mm for both sides and a maximum deformation amount of 700 mm for the top and bottom plates.The cumulative deformation amount of the channel is relatively small,achieving the goal of reinforcing the roadway to reduce deformation.
