摘要 为确定出辛置煤矿10-412工作面沿空掘巷合理小煤柱宽度,通过理论分析计算出合理小煤柱宽度为5.93~6.94 m,采用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件分析了支护前后不同煤柱宽度下的中性区宽度及煤柱承载能力,综合确定合理小煤柱宽度为6 m。现场应用结果表明,6 m煤柱宽度下的巷道围岩变形量较小,满足矿井安全高效的生产需求。 In order to determine the reasonable width of the small coal pillar along the goaf excavation roadway in the10-412 working face of Xinzhi Coal Mine,theoretical analysis is conducted to calculate the reasonable width of the small coal pillar to be 5.93-6.94 m.FLAC~(3D) numerical simulation software is used to analyze the neutral zone width and coal pillar bearing capacity under different coal pillar widths before and after support.The reasonable width of the small coal pillar is comprehensively determined to be 6 m.The on-site application results indicate that the deformation amount of the roadway surrounding rock under a width of 6 m of coal pillar is relatively small,meeting the safe and efficient production needs of the mine.
