摘要
随着生物技术和胚胎工程的不断发展,在牦牛体外受精、胚胎生物技术等方面不断探索,为牦牛资源的育种、保护、基因改良提供有利条件。牦牛卵母细胞是这些技术最重要、最基础的资源和载体,其体外成熟和体外受精效果是体外胚胎生产的基础环节和关键。该文综述近年牦牛卵母细胞来源、体外培养、精子体外获能、体外受精及早期胚胎培养环节的研究进展,并对影响不同环节的主要因素进行概括,对牦牛卵母细胞体外成熟与体外受精在胚胎体外生产中的应用提出展望。
With the development of biotechnology and embryo engineering,in vitro fertilization and embryo biotechnology of yak have been explored,providing favorable conditions for breeding,protection and gene improvement of yak resources.Yak oocyte is the most important and basic resource and carrier of these technologies,and its effect in vitro maturation and in vitro fertilization are the basic link and key of in vitro embryo production.In this paper,the research progress of yak oocyte source,in vitro culture,in vitro capacitation of sperm,in vitro fertilization and early embryo culture in recent years was reviewed,and the main factors affecting different processes were summarized,and the application of in vitro maturation and in vitro fertilization of yak oocyte in vitro embryo production was put forward.
