摘要
食品变质会对人体健康产生巨大危害,甚至会导致人们中毒、死亡。因此,通过应用天然食品防腐剂,可避免食物发生变质,为人体健康提供保护。从目前研究现状来看,天然食品防腐剂种类繁多,本文重点分析了天然食品防腐剂在食品中的应用研究进展,希望为天然食品防腐剂研究提供参考与新思路。
Food deterioration can cause great harm to human health,and even lead to poisoning and death.Therefore,through the application of natural food preservatives,food spoilage can be avoided and human health can be protected.From the current research status,there are many types of natural food preservatives.This article will focus on analyzing the application research progress of natural food preservatives in food,hoping to provide reference and new ideas for future research on natural food preservatives.
