食品检测中农药残留检测技术的应用分析

摘要 目前,农药在农作物上的使用越来越普遍,大量使用会导致农产品农药残留超标,对食品安全产生不利影响。因此,如何在保证农产品质量安全的同时,有效控制农药的使用量是食品检测需要考虑的问题。本文主要介绍了目前食品检测中常用的几种农药残留检测技术,并对其进行比较和分析,提出优化措施。 At present,the use of pesticides on crops is becoming more and more common,but excessive use will lead to pesticide residues in agricultural products exceeding the standard,which will adversely affect food safety.Therefore,how to effectively control the use of pesticides while ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products is a problem that needs to be considered in food testing.This paper mainly introduces several pesticide residue detection techniques commonly used in food testing at present,compares and analyzes them,and proposes optimization measures.
