摘要
目的本文通过将门冬胰岛素30注射液(商品名:诺和锐30)单独治疗、诺和锐30联合二甲双胍治疗两种治疗方式治疗前后2型糖尿病患者的血糖指标、生活质量以及安全性进行比较,探讨和分析两种治疗措施的实际应用效果。方法62例2型糖尿病患者,采用抽签的方式分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组患者于每日早晚餐前各给予诺和锐30皮下注射,在此基础上,观察组联合盐酸二甲双胍片进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)水平、生活质量(生理状况、社会功能、自理行为、情感状况、精神状况、生命活力、总健康)评分以及不良事件(高血脂、心绞痛、低血糖、心肌梗死、冠心病)发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组患者空腹血糖(5.04±1.07)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(6.60±0.92)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(5.22±1.15)%均低于对照组的(5.65±1.15)mmol/L、(7.32±1.46)mmol/L、(6.35±1.27)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间不良事件发生率为12.90%,低于对照组的38.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生理状况、社会功能、自理行为、情感状况、精神状况、生命活力、总健康评分均高于治疗前,且观察组生理状况评分(85.48±6.32)分、社会功能评分(84.43±5.22)分、自理行为评分(84.56±7.76)分、情感状况评分(84.93±7.12)分、精神状况评分(80.66±5.37)分、生命活力评分(83.04±5.33)分、总健康评分(85.20±6.71)分高于对照组的(78.24±5.21)、(76.15±6.17)、(78.42±8.33)、(77.73±7.62)、(74.14±5.52)、(79.85±5.19)、(77.41±6.17)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论诺和锐30与二甲双胍联合应用于2型糖尿病治疗中疗效显著。
Objective To discuss and analyze the practical effects of insulin aspart 30 injection(trade name:Novomix30)alone and Novomix30 combined with metformin for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitu by comparing blood glucose indicators,quality of life and safety of patients before and after treatment.Methods A total of 62 patients with type 2 diabetes melitus were divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given subcutaneous injection of Novomix30 each day before breakfast and dinner,and observation group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin)levels,quality of life(physiological status,social function,self-care behavior,emotional status,mental status,vital vitality,total health)scores before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse events(hyperlipidemia,angina pectoris,hypoglycemia,myocardial infarction,coronary heart disease).Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the observation group had fasting blood glucose of(5.04±1.07)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose of(6.60±0.92)mmol/L,and glycosylated hemoglobin of(5.22±1.15)%,which were lower than those of(5.65±1.15)mmol/L,(7.32±1.46)mmol/L,and(6.35±1.27)%in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 12.90%,which was lower than that of 38.71%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological status,social function,self-care behavior,emotional status,mental status,vital vitality and total health score in both groups were higher than those before treatment in this group;in the observation group,the physiological status score was(85.48±6.32)points,the social function score was(84.43±5.22)points,the self-care behavior score was(84.56±7.76)points,the emotional status score was(84.93±7.12)points,the mental status score was(80.66±5.37)points,the vital vitality score was(83.04±5.33)points,and the total health score was(85.20±6.71)points,which were higher than those of(78.24±5.21),(76.15±6.17),(78.42±8.33),(77.73±7.62),(74.14±5.52),(79.85±5.19),and(77.41±6.17)points in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Novomix30 combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
