摘要
为提升高速公路隧道机电设备施工效果,论文提出了一种高速公路隧道机电设备施工技术。在施工前,做好一系列准备工作,利用大型卡车运输喷淋管道、消火栓、通风排烟管道与综合支吊架零件,并分别对其实施组装与安装。敷设电缆后,安装配电箱与低压柜,并构建机电工程施工项目的 BIM模型,实施细节上的检查。分析结果表明,该技术周转材料的利用比较合理,节约了人工费用,缩短了工期。
In order to improve the construction effect of electromechanical equipment in expressway tunnel,this paper puts forward a construction technology of electromechanical equipment in expressway tunnel.Before the construction,we should make a series of preparations,use large trucks to transport the spray pipe,fire hydrant,ventilation smoke exhaust pipe and integrated support and hanger parts,and respectively assemble and install them.After laying the cable,we should install the distribution box and low-voltage cabinet,build the BIM model of the mechanical and electrical engineering construction project,and check the details.The analysis results show that the technology uses the circulating materials reasonably,saves the labor cost and shortsighs the construction period.
