摘要
某卡车前桥车轮40Cr钢紧固螺栓装配后发现断裂。对断裂螺栓进行了断口检验和能谱分析,化学成分分析、硬度测定和金相检验。结果表明:紧固螺栓残留氢含量高达7×10-6,在装配应力和氢的共同作用下螺栓中产生裂纹从而发生氢致延滞断裂。
It was found that 40Cr steel fastening bolt of a truck front axle wheel broke after being assembled.The examination and energy spectrum analysis of fracture,chemical composition analysis,hardness test and metallographic examination were carried out on the broken fastening bolt.The results indicated that residual hydrogen content in the broken bolt was up to 7×10-6,and the crack originated in the bolt by the common action of hydrogen and assembling stress with the result that hydrogen assisted delayed breaking of the bolt occurred.
