氮磷添加对刨花楠人工林土壤氮磷矿化速率的影响

摘要 为了探讨氮磷添加对刨花楠(Machiluspauhoi)人工林氮磷矿化速率的影响和氮-磷矿化耦合关系,为选择合理施肥方式提供参考。以福建省南平市延平区太平试验林场内已进行了6年野外氮磷添加试验的刨花楠人工林为研究对象,采用野外原位培养方法,测定不同氮磷添加处理后刨花楠人工林林地土壤氮磷矿化特征,分析氮磷添加对土壤氮矿化、磷矿化的影响。结果显示:施氮处理仅显著提高土壤硝态氮含量,但对土壤氮、磷矿化和β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)活性均有抑制作用;与氮添加相比,氮磷共同添加则显著提高土壤可溶性有机氮含量、酸性磷酸酶活性和氮、磷矿化速率,其中氮矿化、磷矿化速率分别提高24.25%、85.95%,但磷添加处理对氮矿化和磷矿化影响均不显著(P>0.05)。混合线性模型结果表明,磷矿化与土壤可溶性有机氮、pH值均呈显著正相关;氮矿化与土壤容重呈显著负相关,与可溶性有机氮呈显著正相关,而且氮磷矿化速率间呈二次曲线耦合关系。氮磷共同添加显著提高土壤氮磷矿化速率,在刨花楠人工林中土壤pH值、可溶性有机氮、容重是驱动土壤氮磷矿化的主要因子。在今后对刨花楠人工林的管理时应该更加注重氮磷共同添加对土壤养分和氮磷转化速率的影响,以更好地进行可持续经营。 With an experiment conducted Taiping experimental national forestry farm,Yanping districet,Nanping city of Fujian Province,this study was aimed to investigate the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus addi-tion on the conversion rate and the coupling of N-P mineralization in Machilus pauhoi and to provide reference for the selection of reasonable fertilization methods.The study was carried out in Machilus pauhoi plantations with 6 years N and P addition experiment,the cultivation experiment in situ was conducted to determinate the N and P mineralization,that in order to determine the effect of N and P addition on soil N and P mineralization.The results indicated that+N addition treat only significantly increased soil NO3--N,but inhibited soil N and P miner-alization andβ-N-acetylglucosaminidase(NAG).+NP treat significantly increased soil soluble organic N.N and P co-addition(+NP)significantly increased soil soluble organic nitrogen content and N mineralization and P mineralization and acid phosphatase activity.Compared with N addition,N mineralization and P mineralization increasing by 24.25%and 85.95%.However,the effect of+P treat on both N mineralization and P mineralization was not significant(P>0.05).The mixed linear model results indicate that P mineralization was significantly and positively correlated with soil soluble organic N and pH.N mineralization was significantly positively correlated with soil soluble organic N,but was significantly negatively correlated with bulk weight.The results of our study reveaked a quadratic curve coupling of N and P mineralization rates.+NP treat significantly increased the rate of soil N and P mineralization.We found that soil pH,soluble organic N and bulk weight were the main factors driving soil N and P mineralization in Machilus pauhoi plantations.Future management of Machilus pauhoi plan-tations should pay more attention to the effect of N and P addition on soil nutrients and the conversion rate of N and P,which can allow for better sustainable management of the Machilus pauhoi plantations.
