摘要
以某钢铁厂钢轧区初期雨水梯级利用工程项目为例,通过分析当地降雨量及径流特征,计算明确了初期雨水量、调蓄容积等关键参数,并充分利用企业现有污水处理站富裕处理能力,实现了初期雨水的有效处理和资源化回用。本工程实例可为其他钢铁企业提供初期雨水治理、降低吨钢耗新水量的新思路。
This paper gives an example of the engineering practice on initial rainwater cascade utilization in the steel rolling area of certain steel enterprise,the kernel parameters such as initial rainwater volume and storage capacity are calculated definitely through analyzing the local rainfall and runoff characteristics.The disposal and resource utilization of initial rainwater is realized by making full use of the existing sewage treatment plant spare capacity.This practical example can provide new ideas for other steel enterprises to manage initial rainwater and reduce fresh water consumption per ton of steel.
