基于Maxwell烧结钕铁硼模具磁场模拟分析

摘要 以SKH45压机为例,基于Maxwell三维数值有限元分析软件建立电磁应用系统的仿真模型。在仿真中定义了压机各部分材料属性,并加载边界条件,求解及后处理。分析模具的磁场和电流密度分布,直观地展现了模具磁场分布和力矩信息。根据不同产品需求,设计一款新模具,并将新模具与旧模具磁感应强度对比。该仿真结果能够对模具设计提供参考,降低模具设计成本、缩短模具开发周期。 A simulation model of the electromagnetism application system for the SKH45 hydraulic press using Maxwell was established using a three-dimensional numerical finite element analysis software.In the simulation,the material properties of hydraulic press parts was defined,the boundary condition was load,and then solved and postprocessed.The moulds magnetic field and electric current density were also analyzed and a visualization of the magnetic field distribution and the information on torque was provided.Then,according to the requirements of different products,designed a new mould and compared its magnetic induction intensity with the old mould.The simulation results can guide the designing mould and reduce the cost and the development cycle.
