摘要
文章旨在研究饲料中添加发酵紫花苜蓿对奶山羊生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。试验选用体重[(55.6±2.08)kg]、胎龄(第3胎)、产奶量[(2.08±0.38)kg/d]和泌乳期[(123±4.2)d]一致的奶山羊45头,随机分为3组,每组设3个重复,每个重复5只羊。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组I和II分别用20%和40%玉米秸秆代替发酵紫花苜蓿,预试验期1周,试验期8周。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,试验组奶山羊日均干物质采食量和产奶量均显著提高(P<0.05),且进一步降低其料乳比;(2)两个试验组乳蛋白率均显著提高(P<0.05),体细胞数量显著下降(P<0.05),但乳脂率和乳糖率差异不显著(P>0.05);(3)试验组奶山羊血清中葡萄糖和尿素氮含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);总蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);但血清中白蛋白、总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:饲料中添加发酵紫花苜蓿有利于提高奶山羊泌乳量和乳质,提高奶山羊体内蛋白质利用率,显著降低血清中葡萄糖和尿素氮含量,其中以20%添加比例较为适宜。
The present study was conducted to explore the effects of fermented Alfalfa on the growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of dairy goats.In this study,45 dairy goats with the same body weight(55.6±2.08 kg),gestational age(the third fetus),milk yield(2.08±0.38 kg/d)and lactation period(123±4.2d)were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 3 repetitions in each group and 5 sheep in each repetition.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the experimental groups I and II replaced fermented alfalfa with 20%and 40%corn straw,respectively.The pre-test period was 1 week and the test period was 8 weeks.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the daily average dry matter intake and milk yield of dairy goats in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed milk ratio was further reduced;(2)The milk protein rate in the experimental groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the number of somatic cells decreased significantly(P<0.05).While there was no significant difference in milk fat and lactose rates(P>0.05);(3)The contents of glucose and urea nitrogen in serum of dairy goats in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The content of total protein was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in serum albumin,total cholesterol and triglyceride between the two groups(P>0.05).The results showed that adding fermented alfalfa to the feed was beneficial to improve the milk yield and milk quality of dairy goats,improve the protein utilization rate of dairy goats,and reduce the contents of Glucose and urea nitrogen in serum,with the appropriate amount of being 20%.
