摘要
目的:探讨标准化人文关怀护理措施在宫颈癌放疗患者中的应用效果。方法:择取2020年5月-2022年5月至蚌埠医学院第一附属医院就诊的宫颈癌放疗患者共计72例作为本次的研究对象,依照入院次序分为对照组(36例,常规护理)与实验组(36例,标准化人文关怀护理),对比两组的不良情绪评分、生活质量评分。结果:护理后,实验组SAS评分、SDS评分、SUDS评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;实验组SF-36各维度评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对宫颈癌放疗患者采取标准化人文关怀护理的效果显著,利于改善不良情况,改善预后,值得采纳。
Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized humanistic care nursing measures in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 72 cases of cervical cancer radiotherapy patients who came to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the control group(36 cases,conventional nursing)and the experimental group(36 cases,standardized humanistic care nursing),and the adverse mood scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,SAS score,SDS score and SUDS score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P0.05;SF-36 scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P0.05.Conclusion:The effect of standardized humanistic care for patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy is remarkable,which is beneficial to improve the adverse condition and prognosis.
