煤矿井下胶轮车防跑装置设计

摘要 为了解决胶轮车在行进时伴随的跑、溜问题,设计了一款用于胶轮车的兼具溜车防护与行车防跑的实用新型单向防跑装置。对该防跑装置的机械结构、具体实施方式、技术优点进行了分析。通过多次的仿真试验与计算,已经验证该胶轮车单向防跑装置有明显的优越性、实用性强、安装简单,能够更好地避免运输安全事故的发生,非常适合中小型煤炭企业的实际需求。 In order to solve the problem,there is no anti-running and anti-slip device which can be accompanied by the rubber-wheeled vehicle at present.A new one-way anti-running device is designed,which is used for rubber-wheeled car,which has both slip protection and driving prevention.The mechanical structure,specific implementation and technical advantages of the anti-running device are analyzed.Through many simulation tests and calculations,it has been proved that the one-way anti-running device of the rubber wheel vehicle has obvious advantages,strong practicability.simple installation,and can better avoid the occurrence of transportation safety accidents.It is very suitable for the actual needs of small and medium-sized coal enterprises.
