摘要
针对带式输送机采用异步电机+液压张紧控制模式所存在的多电机运行功率不平衡及打滑、冲击现象严重,给井下物料运输安全带来严重影响的问题,提出了一种新的煤矿井下带式输送机智能控制系统。该系统采用了多电机平衡控制、抑制打滑、抑制冲击策略,有效地提升了输送机运行的稳定性。根据实际应用表明,新的输送机智能控制系统实现了不同载重情况下的平滑启动及多电机的功率平衡,将运行冲击载荷降低了7.82%,将运行经济性提升了27.2%。
Aiming at the current situation that the belt conveyor using asynchronous motor+hydraulic tensioning control mode has unbalanced power of multi-motor operation and serious slippage and impact phenomenon,which brings serious impact to the safety of underground material transportation,a new intelligent control system of underground coal mine belt conveyor is proposed,which adopts multi-motor balance control,suppressing slippage and suppressing impact strategy to effectively improve the stability of conveyor operation.The new intelligent control system for underground belt conveyors in coal mines is proposed.According to the practical application,the new conveyor intelligent control system achieves smooth start and multi-motor power balance under different load conditions,reduces the operating shock load by 7.82%and improves the operating economy by 27.2%.
