摘要
基于矿用刮板输送机传统“异步电动机+液力偶合器+减速器+链轮”驱动方式在使用过程中存在传动链长、效率低、故障率高,产生振动和噪声、润滑油的渗漏污染,维护工作量大等问题,石碣峪煤矿通过技术研究,对刮板输送机传统驱动方式进行优化,提出了水冷式永磁变频直驱系统。通过实际应用效果来看,优化后的驱动方式无须安装减速器装置,降低了设备故障率,提高了传动效率,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the problems of long transmission chain,low efficiency,high failure rate,vibration and noise,pollution by leakage of lubricating oil,and large maintenance workload in the use of traditional"asynchronous motor+hydraulic coupling+reducer+sprocket"driving method of mining scraper conveyor,Shijieyu coal mine has optimized the traditional driving method of scraper conveyor through technical research.The traditional drive method is optimised and a water-cooled permanent magnet variable frequency direct drive system is proposed.The optimized drive method does not require the installation of reducer devices,which reduces equipment failure rate and improves transmission efficiency.
